4x Heist Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

By participating in any 4x Heist services, including hedge fund investments, PAMM accounts, credit funding, or trading opportunities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

4x Heist operates as a private wealth and capital solutions brand providing high-risk investment opportunities and funding assistance. We do not guarantee profits, and participation is at the client’s own risk.

2. Investment Risk Disclosure

2.1 High-Risk Acknowledgment:

  • All trading, hedge fund investments, and PAMM accounts involve high risk and may result in the loss of some or all of the invested funds.
  • No guarantees of profit or capital protection are made.

2.2 Profit & Loss:

  • Investors understand that all profits and losses are part of the speculative nature of financial markets.
  • Past performance does not indicate future results.

2.3 Profit Sharing:

  • Standard 50/50 profit split applies to trading profits for hedge fund and PAMM accounts.
  • Profits are distributed at the end of the trading period based on net performance.

3. Credit & Funding Services

3.1 Eligibility & Approval:

  • Clients must have a minimum credit score of 680 to qualify for funding services.
  • If below 680, clients must first enroll in credit repair services before funding is provided.

3.2 Funding Disclaimer:

  • Approval for funding is based on third-party financial institutions and is not guaranteed by 4x Heist.
  • 4x Heist does not directly issue loans but facilitates connections to banks and lenders.

3.3 Credit Repair Services:

  • Credit repair timelines may vary based on the individual’s credit profile.
  • 4x Heist does not guarantee any specific score increase or timeline for qualification.

4. Hedge Fund & PAMM Account Terms

4.1 Investment Lock-In Period:

  • Investors agree to a minimum lock-in period (typically 30-60 days or as specified per fund offer).
  • Early withdrawals may not be permitted.

4.2 Fund Structure & Fees:

  • Investors will be informed of applicable performance fees, profit-sharing structures, and trading periods before onboarding.
  • Management retains full discretionary control over fund operations.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Trading & Investment Payouts:

  • Payouts are made based on the agreed trading cycle (monthly, quarterly, or upon closing of positions).
  • Withdrawals before the end of a cycle may result in penalties or forfeiture of profits.

5.2 Funding & Credit Withdrawals:

  • Clients who receive funding must comply with lender agreements.
  • Misuse of funds for non-approved purposes may result in disqualification from future services.

6. No Refund Policy

6.1 Non-Refundable Investments & Services:

  • All investments, funding services, and credit repair fees are non-refundable once services are rendered or trades are executed.

6.2 Service Commitment:

  • Clients acknowledge that fees paid for credit repair, funding applications, and investment services cover consultation, strategy, and execution, and refunds will not be issued.

7. Legal & Liability Disclaimer

7.1 No Financial Advisory Services:

  • 4x Heist does not offer licensed financial advisory services.
  • Clients are responsible for their investment decisions and due diligence.

7.2 Limitation of Liability:

  • 4x Heist, its team, and affiliates are not liable for any losses incurred from investments, credit services, or funding arrangements.
  • Participation in services is at the client’s own risk.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

8.1 Client Information Security:

  • All client data is kept confidential and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

8.2 Use of Branding & Testimonials:

  • 4x Heist may use anonymized client success stories for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

9. Amendments & Termination

9.1 Policy Updates:

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of major changes.

9.2 Service Termination:

  • 4x Heist reserves the right to terminate services for clients who violate terms or misuse provided funding and investment services.
